Aarti Ormsby is chef and restaurateur of Manchester’s acclaimed Chaat Cart and their food is inspired by South Indian home cooking and street food, while showcasing the best British seasonal produce. Chaat Cart has been featured in the Guardian, Olive and BBC Good Food magazine, Manchester Evening News, City Life, amongst others. Chaat Cart was named best street food in Manchester and made it to the finals of the British Street Food Awards several times.
