EL PILOTO

Established in 2022 by owner Lukas Tizley, El Piloto means “the pilot” in Spanish, inspired by Lukas’ Grandad who encouraged him to set up the brand. El Piloto also has a spot at Congleton Market Quarter and joined us at Society in June 2025. 

Bringing an ever-evolving selection of Mexican street food classics to the Society kitchens, the El Piloto menu offers a unique fusion of quick-serve street food and elevated flavour combinations, centred around high-quality and locally sourced ingredients.

El Piloto’s signature dishes include everything from quesadillas to Baja fish tacos and corn ribs to loaded churros, plus one of their absolute must-trys, the cajun chipotle hash browns with feta and pickled onions
