society Bar
The Society bar is kicking off in spring 2026 with a brand new and HUGE new menu, including an exclusive collaboration with Manchester brewery legends, Sureshot, a collaboration that signifies a new, exciting era for Society’s famous bar.
Alongside the launch of the new brew, Society is also unveiling an expanded and carefully curated tap list for Manchester beer lovers. Representing the biggest beer collection in the city, the new menu features 38 brews across its 44 taps.
Craft remains front and centre, with permanent lines including Steady Rolling Man from Deya, and a selection from local legends. Rotations will spotlight independent breweries handpicked by the Society team, expect to see local legends like Courier and State of Kind, alongside respected national names such as Verdant, Beak and GlassHouse.
Crowd-pleasers like Hilltop Lager, Heart & Soul and Life & Death from Vocation remain on the taps, with Budvar Pilsner and Guinness also securing a permanent spot behind the bar. Beyond beer, the drinks list has been given a glow-up across the board. Cider now has permanent lines from Westons and Redfin, plus the return of cult favourite Lilley’s Mango. The wine menu has been refined with a strong selection of sparkling wines, alongside a range of white, orange and red varieties and vintages.
Local producers Salford Rum and Manchester Gin join the spirits line-up, while Society staples including the Verdita Margarita stay on the cocktail list, alongside the return of favourites such as the Manchester Tart. Coffee will be supplied by Manchester roasters Mancoco, whose beans are roasted less than 500 yards from Society’s front door.
